     Established in 1969, Hitch-Hiker Mfg. soon became a well known name in the amusement industry.  Building a solid foundation by providing quality products at very reasonable prices.  Through many years and thousands of concession trailers, Hitch-Hiker has led the way in innovations and new design developments that now are "Setting the benchmark for quality and value".

   The days of the carny have evolved into the days of big business and politics.  The once converted camper or cargo trailer to sell food is long behind us, now custom concession units are designed to attract and entertain customers as well as serve quality, well prepared food products.  A commercial kitchen on wheels that meets all the health codes, plumbing codes, and electrical codes, just as any business serving the public should.

   Over the past several years, Hitch-Hiker has continued to lead the industry and had a major part in the latest revision of the national electrical code.  Until now,  there were no guidelines for electrical systems in these types of mobile food concession units so Hitch-Hiker adopted the National Commercial Electrical Code.  We not only follow these rigorous guidelines, we got the State of Ohio behind us and have every trailer we build inspected and certified to these high standards!

   Hitch-Hiker Mfg. has lead the industry with providing quality products and inovations over the past 30 years and has intentions on leading the way for the decades to come.  The Industry has rapidly evolved and our goal is to continue to have Hitch-Hiker Mfg. be the leader in Quality and Value for the next 30 years and beyond by continuing to provide great products all at reasonable costs.
